To ensure your health and that of our employees, Van der Valk Hotel Zaltbommel has stricter measures. The use of our facilities is probably different from what you are used to, but we ask you for your understanding and for your cooperation.   • Keeping 1,5 meters away is no longer mandatory.
  • Disinfectant is available in various places in the hotel.
  • Our house rules can be read on the digital screens in the hotel.
Hotel and breakfast

HOTEL AND BREAKFAST

  • We work with time slots for breakfast. The time will be discussed with you in advance.
  • We ask you to disinfect your hands at the entrance of the breakfast buffet.
  • We use one-way traffic on the breakfast buffet.
  • Room Service is available until 09.30 P.M. The surcharge is € 10,- per order. 
  • The fitness is open for hotel guests.
Restaurant and Bar

RESTAURANT

  • Restaurant Salt is open until 09.30 PM.
  • The corona check is no longer mandatory.
  • Book a table in advance or just walk-in, a reservation is no longer mandatory.
  • We ask to wait at the entrance for the host to show you a table.

MC-CAFE

  • Our MC-Café is open until 12.00 PM.
  • The corona check is no longer mandatory.
  • It is not necessary to make a reservation, you can just walk in.
  • We ask to wait at the entrance for the host to show you a table.

  • All rooms are available for the maximum capacity of the room, a distance of 1,5 meters is no longer valid. 

 


 

SAFE AND COMFORTABLE

At Van der Valk, the health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees has the highest priority. In order to guarantee your health and safety, we would like to ask you to observe the following policy during your visit to our hotel:

  • Follow indicated walking direction and hygiene measures
  • Do not shake hands with fellow guests or hotel staff
  • Wash your hands regularly and in accordance with RIVM guidelines
  • Use paper towels to dry your hands
  • Cough and sneeze in your elbow and turn away from fellow guests and hotel staff
  • Preferably pay with pin or contactless

Do you have symptons of a cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough or increase to 38 degrees Celsius? Then we ask you to stay at home and not to come to the hotel.

Is it safe to visit a Van der Valk Hotel?

Van der Valk takes your health and that of the employees very seriously. We have tightened measures within the hotel so that this can be guaranteed. All Van der Valk hotels are furnished according to the guidelines of the RIVM. As a hotel, we do everything we can to keep risks to a minimum.

Can I use the restaurant facilities as a hotel guest?

Restaurant Salt is open until 09.30 p.m. The corona check is no longer mandatory.

Is it possible to order room service?

Room service is available from 17:00 to 21:30 for meals and drinks. The surcharge for this is €10 per order.

How is it controlled?

The corona check is no longer mandatory.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

This depends on the conditions of your booking. When you make a reservation through our own website, you can book the flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge until 14:00 the day before.

Can I change my booking on the day of arrival if I have symptoms?

This is possible if you have opted for the flexible rate. Cancellations must be made before 14:00 the day before arrival.
