Are you staying at van der Valk hotel Zaltbommel - A2 and looking for a relaxing way to explore the beautiful region around the hotel? Rent a bike! There are beautiful cycling routes that will take you through the stunning Bommelerwaard region. This way, you can see all the sights and artworks by bike.

Bicycles

As a guest of Hotel Zaltbommel, you can rent a regular bike or an electric bike. This is in collaboration with Juijn Bike Rental. The bikes are unisex and are available in 2 sizes: size S or M. With the battery of the e-bikes, you can cover a distance of 80-100 kilometers.

Cost of bicycle rental

Regular bike: €20.00 per day
Electric bike: €30.00 per day

Rental period

The rental prices of the bike are per day. If you rent a bike, please return it the same day. Multi-day use of the bike is of course possible.

Bicycle parking

If you bring your own bike, please place it in the covered and locked bike storage next to the hotel entrance. The bike storage is only available for hotel guests and can be accessed with your room key. The bike storage is equipped with surveillance cameras. You can leave your bike safely there.

Great for on the go

Are you going out for a day with the bike? Make a stop at one of the local eateries along the way or bring a packed lunch and settle down in the grass for a spontaneous picnic. Information on ordering a packed lunch is available at our reception.
