A special anniversary
On January 9, 2027, Van der Valk Hotel Zaltbommel-A2 will already be 10 years old. Ten years in which we have welcomed countless guests for an overnight stay, dinner, meeting, party, or just a cozy cup of coffee.
Much has changed over the years, but one thing has remained the same: our hospitality. Together with our team, we proudly look back on the past years and look forward to everything that is yet to come.

'Sautbommel'
The restaurant is divided into cozy seating areas. The luxurious materials, fabrics, and furniture have a soundproofing effect which ensures pleasant acoustics. This allows you to have your conversation at the table undisturbed.
The name: Salt
In the past, Zaltbommel was also known as ‘Saltbommel’ or ‘Sautbommel’. This name refers to the trade in Zeeland salt during the Middle Ages, which was very important to the then Bommel. Restaurant Salt Zaltbommel is named after this.
